• If you think that you have found, within the next 7 days, the same ferry crossing or crossings cheaper elsewhere then let us know by e-mailing us at enquiries@keycamp.co.uk, using the subject line ‘Best Price Guarantee’.
• Within your e-mail, please provide full details of the ferry journey(s), the name of the company and their prices, in order for us to verify the information and check that it is up to date.
• Please make sure that the ferry journeys that you are comparing are identical in all respects, and that it meets the terms above. If there is any variation then we cannot match the price or refund the cost.
• Once we have verified the information you provide, our customer service team will amend your booking to the lower price.

Terms and conditions:
1. The best price guarantee applies to P&O Ferries and Brittany Ferries car crossings only.
2. Ferry crossing comparisons must be the same in every respect as that purchased from Keycamp.
3. Claims must be made within 7 days of your Keycamp booking.
4. Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.
5. Comparison prices must be listed and quoted in pounds sterling.
6. The following exclusions apply to price comparisons that will be considered as part of any claim made under this guarantee:
- Bookings with a duration of 5 nights or less (10 nights or less for Spanish crossings).
- Prices that are part of a customer loyalty, members, or reward schemes
- Prices that are part of a staff or shareholder discount scheme
- Ferry cabin prices
- Departures from Ireland.
- Keycamp will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Keycamp or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating fares covered by the Best Price Guarantee.
- The best price guarantee may be withdrawn at any time.
