    Customer Suggestions

Take a look at some of the local recommendations for days out and activities our customers have shared with us following their holiday at Marina de Venezia.

"Venice is excellent and would recommend a mid-week visit over a weekend. Also, don't go for the first price you're offered on the gondolas - we walked away 3 times and they eventually lowered the price by €45!"
    S. Marsh, Hertfordshire

"Would recommend Venice, Burano and the glass factories at Murano."
    S. O'Brien, Co. Londonderry

"The island of Murano was a smaller and less busy version of Venice. Aqualandia is well worth a visit if you like waterparks."
    J. Dargan, Renfrewshire

"We loved Venice and also Caorle - definitely worth the journey."
    M. Hoey, Co. Antrim

"Venice was the best. Would recommend taking your own picnic and water though as it's expensive and hot!"
    M. Freeman, Hampshire

"We visited Venice twice, catching the ferry from Punta Sabbioni. We paid €16 each which entitled us to 12 hours travelling around Venice and to Murano and Burano, highly recommended. Take time to visit those smaller islands as they're quiet and so beautiful after the hustle and bustle of Venice! Can walk to Punta Sabbioni for the ferry, or you can park your car nearby and pay €6 for a day's parking - ideal when it's so hot."
    W. Futers, South Humberside
