Based on a customer satisfaction survey

A popular holiday centre, opposite the beach and with a great new indoor and outdoor swimming pool complex, overlooked by the new bar.

For over thirty years La Pointe St-Gilles has been a firm favourite with Keycamp families. With an enviable location across a quiet road from a pine fringed sandy beach, it is only a fifteen minute walk away from Bénodet town. The parc features a spacious bar that overlooks the waterpark. Other facilities include tennis, gym, jacuzzi, and family entertainment is organised during July and August. Another new addition to the parc’s facilities will be a professional health and beauty centre. The parc is especially popular with families that have younger children and parc rules are strictly enforced for everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Only conventional swimwear, such as swimming trunks are allowed in the pool.

      Customer suggestions

Take a look at some of the local recommendations for days out and activities our customers have shared with us following their holiday at La Pointe St Gilles.

"We loved the Benodet area and found it a lovely safe area to cycle. We were very impressed with how the motorists respected cyclists on the main roads! We enjoyed Quimper and Concarneau and were amazed when we walked into the castle to find bars and shops, plus the views were fabulous. We also took our bikes on the boat across to Ste Marine and cycled to Ile Tudy which we enjoyed."
      S. Evans, Mid Glamorgan

"Ste Marine has a beautiful sandy beach. We walked into Benodet every day, sometimes twice, a lovely pretty resort. We used a local bus to travel to Quimper, a local market town, which cost us €14 return for a family of 4. The boat trip there would have been €200!"
      A. Maynell, North Yorkshire

"On a wet day we visited Zone de l'Hippo in Quimper which has activities for all ages, plus you can take your own picnic. We also took a train ride from Quimper to Vannes, a very pretty medieval town and lovely harbour."
      M. Monument, Leicestershire

"The local markets in Benodet and Fouesnant are fabulous for local produce. Le Transat restaurant at Benodet harbour is superb as is Sans Souci in Benodet town. Take the small ferry across from Benodet harbour to St Maritime, it's just a few euros and the cafés and crèperies over there are sublime!"
      C. Hutchings, Lincolnshire

"Quimperlé is a beautiful small town and Benodet itself offers a lovely harbour, town and beaches. The short walk along the sea front into town is lovely."
      C. Collins, Cornwall
