A large parc with lots to do for everyone, coupled with Croatian good weather and reasonable prices.

Camp Lanterna is certainly impressive with many activities on offer, three excellent swimming pools and a lovely restaurant with terrace overlooking the delightful crescent shaped bay. The area’s premier resort, Porec, is 11km away. Exploring Croatia’s Istrian coast you will discover a myriad of tiny inlets and sea washed islands, while heading inland will take you back in time to the beautifully unspoilt villages, mountains and lakes of the National Parks or perhaps head to nearby Pula and its spectacular Roman arena.

Porec is steeped in culture with many wonderful buildings. including its most revered monument, Euphrasius’s Basilica. You are also just 30 minutes’ drive from beautiful Rovinj, while Pula, featuring the biggest amphitheatre outside Italy, is just an hour away. Soak up the atmosphere in Novigrad with its excellent nightlife and restaurants.

Brijuni Safari Park

Visit the safari park on the Brijuni islands which stretch along the south-west coast of the Istrian peninsula; they are separated from the Istrian mainland by the Fažana Channel which is 3 km wide.

Cave Baredine

The cave is a treasure chest of stalagmites, stalactites and underground sculptures created by water. A 40 minute guide takes you through the highlights of the cave system. The cave is 132 metres deep. There is a small souvenir shop.
