Overview

One of France’s top parcs - opposite Carnac’s famous standing stones and close to sandy beaches. This parc, with a beautiful setting in the grounds of an old Breton Manor just a few miles from the coast, puts numerous splendid beaches and other attractions within easy reach. There is a superb waterpark with a covered pool, slides and lazy river overlooked by the restaurant. In high season there is an organised programme of events and the amphitheatre is the venue for evening entertainment, which can be heard in some areas of the parc. The beach is a twenty minute bike ride away from the parc on quiet roads.

Around and About

You can walk or cycle past the famous standing stones that run for two miles from the parc. Carnac Plage has a lively atmosphere and an excellent range of restaurants. Visit the ancient Breton town of Auray with its attractive medieval harbour on market day and explore the old streets of Vannes. For a change of pace you can explore the beautiful Brière Regional Park to the south and the Gulf of Morbihan.
