Overview

Ideally located on the edge of the Biscarosse lake with direct access to a private, sandy lakeside beach.

La Rive is located on the shores of the Biscarosse lake, four miles from the small town of Biscarosse. Activity centres around the lake, lined by a sandy beach where a large variety of watersports are organised. Facilities are available for mooring customers’ own boats. The whole family will enjoy the range of facilities from playgrounds and archery to the covered pool complex with waterslides, jacuzzi, toddler pools and a fantastic new pool complex complete with wave pool, spa and large cover, to ensure the weather doesn’t spoil the fun, all of which is planned to 2010. Enjoy a drink on the outdoor bar terrace where evening entertainment is performed during high season.

Around and About

Les Landes forest covers a vast area for long country rambles and cycle rides. The wide, open beaches at Biscarosse-Plage with miles of golden sand are a short drive away. South of Arcachon is the highest sand dune in Europe, the Dune du Pilat, commanding superb views.
