Camping Hippocampe provides all the ingredients for a fun-packed family holiday. There is a long sandy beach only a mile away at Argelès-sur-Mer, and an impressive choice of campsite activities. With a superb heated swimming pool with waterchute and waterslides, you also have access to the wide range of sports facilities, children’s clubs and evening entertainment at La Sirène, its larger sister site across the road. The lively evening entertainment at La Sirène can sometimes be heard.

Around and About

Within 20 minutes drive you can be exploring the hilltop villages of the Pyrénées. Perpignan is a short drive north. It has a Spanish flavour and many residents speak Catalan. Visit Collioure and see the Bar du Templiers where young artists such as Picasso and Matisse would buy drinks with their paintings.
