Overview

Close to the Channel ports, a top quality parc set in the parklands of a château.

As a member of the prestigious Castels chain, the facilities, including the 18th century château housing the bar and shop, are very well-maintained. The covered children’s waterpark means younger children can make the most of the pool whatever the time of year and there are plans to improve the indoor pool to incorporate an area for adults in time for the 2009 season along with an extended bar. Local traffic can sometimes be heard.

Around and About

Watersports enthusiasts will love Granville, a lively yachting centre just five and a half miles to the north. Visit the impressive fortified monastery, dating from the 8th century, at Le Mont St Michel. It is set above a Medieval village high on a granite mound. There is a popular aquarium at the walled town of St Malo. At Coutances, you will find a majestic Gothic cathedral.
