Overview

A popular, high quality development, Lake Annecy Residence Le Birdie is situated in the small mediaeval village of Giez. An historic village settlement with a 12th century château, winding streets and inviting bars. Modern day distractions come in the shape of an international 27 hole golf course set stunningly on a mountainside with fairways blending beautifully with the natural Alpine surroundings. It’s almost enough to put you off your swing. The residence looks out across the mountains towards the summit of Mont Blanc itself. Hidden in the valley 5km away is the beautiful Lake Annecy. This is prime territory for swimming, fishing, and splashing about on the water. A cycle track passes by the residence and down to the lake, and there are a number of well marked country walks. The residence consists of several small buildings, recently built in typical Savoyard style. The spacious apartments all have a terrace, balcony or private garden area with a view over the golf course.
