As a single parent, we appreciate that there is a lot more planning required to organise your perfect family holiday. At Keycamp, we can help and advise you every step of the way:

Before you travel

Our holiday advisors have visited all of these parcs and often take holidays there themselves. If you have any questions about any aspect of your holiday, just ask to speak to one of our holiday advisors who will gladly assist you.

Day of Arrival

Our couriers will send you a text message on the day you are due to arrive on parc. This message will include a phone number that you can use to call them or send a text, if you need to contact them for any reason.

On arrival at reception, your couriers will have pre-prepared as much paperwork as possible to ensure you check in as quickly as possible.

They'll also be on hand to help you with your luggage, leaving you to unpack and settle in.

And as a handy extra, you'll find one or two items from the Keycamp reception Games Chest already in your accommodation, giving your children something to play with while you get organised and make yourself at home.

With so much on offer, we know there might be a lot to take in on your first day, especially if your kids want to try everything in sight! Your couriers will happily take you on a tour of the campsite and highlight all of the services that you and your children might be interested in, which means you can relax, knowing where everything is and where your children are when they go off and play.

Your Fun Station kids' club couriers will also pop by on your first evening to introduce themselves and run through everything you might wish to know about the kids' clubs on your parc. To save you time, they'll pre-prepare and bring along all of the paperwork required just in case your children want to attend Fun Station, which means they can then join in the fun whenever they like.

During Your Stay

Rest assured your couriers will always be on parc if you need them. They'll occasionally pop by to see if there's anything they can do for you, so feel free to let them know where they can help, even if it’s just letting you know where the nearest restaurant or supermarket is.

And to save you leaving your kids unattended when you need to take your recycling and rubbish to the main bin area, your couriers will simply take it for you! Just leave it outside your accommodation and they'll collect it the next time they're by your accommodation.

*Where there is only one parent or guardian travelling with children under 18 years, we offer a discount of £75 for 7 night holidays (or longer)for arrivals between 13th July and 26th August 2012 and £50 on all other dates in 2012.

We will also offer a short break discount of £25 on holidays of 3-6 nights.
